Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Select health and personal care items

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] and mail the item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
